Client completes Strike-off Application form online, filling in all relevant details required for us to process the Strike-off
Once the various information is completed and submitted, our Team will review the information submitted to determine if the company qualifies for the Strike-off process.
If all appears in order and the necessary steps have been taken to have the company struck off (including the letter of clearance from the Revenue), we will then issue an invoice to the customer
On receipt of payment, we will include the advert in our next list of legal notices.
This notice will be published in a daily newspaper and the maximum time between payment and the publication of the Strike-off Advertisement will be five working days.
We will email our customer before the date of the publication so they can purchase the newspaper if they wish. We will however, forward to each customer a copy of the newspaper and they should receive it the day following the publication of the advert.
